Answer every inbound call, in Hindi, Marathi or English.
Calls arrive when your team is busy, at lunch or gone for the day. Callers who speak Hindi or Marathi wait for the one person who can help them. Some hang up and call someone else. A voice agent answers every call, in the caller's language, and hands the hard ones to a person.
From missed calls to answered ones.
- Calls ring out at lunch, after hours and at peak times
- Hindi and Marathi callers wait for one particular person
- The same five questions take up most of the day
- No record of what was asked, or what was promised
- Every call answered, at any hour
- Each caller answered in their own language
- Routine calls handled by the agent, end to end
- Every call logged, with a transcript and an outcome
The phone rings and nobody picks up.
Most service businesses still run on the phone. A booking, a change, a question about a bill. The calls come in waves, and the team that answers them also has other work. When the line is busy the caller does not leave a message. They try the next name on the list.

- Calls cluster in peaks, so the line is busy exactly when demand is highest.
- After hours, every call goes to voicemail or rings out.
- Only some of your team speak the caller's language, so calls queue for them.
- Most calls are routine: a booking, a time, a status, a price. They still need a person.
- Nothing is written down, so a manager cannot see what callers ask for.
- You know some callers give up before anyone answers.
- Your front desk spends its day on the same few questions.
- Callers ask for someone who speaks Marathi or Hindi.
- You cannot say how many calls came in last week, or why.
Why it mattered. A missed call is often a missed booking. It does not show up in any report, so nobody owns the loss.
Start with your calls, not with the agent.
We listen first. In Week 1 we sort a sample of your real calls into what they were about, which language they were in, and what a good answer looked like. That tells us which calls an agent can finish and which must reach a person. Then we build the agent on Claude for those calls only, in your words and your languages. Anything outside that list goes to a person, every time.

An agent that answers, and knows when to hand over.
- A voice agent on Claude that answers your line in Hindi, Marathi or English, and switches when the caller does.
- Answers drawn from your own information: services, prices, hours, booking slots. Nothing it has to guess.
- A live handoff: when a call needs a person, it goes to one, with a short summary on their screen so the caller does not repeat themselves.
- Bookings, changes and status checks written straight into the system your team already uses.
- A transcript and an outcome for every call, so you can see what callers ask for and when.
- A daily review list of calls a person should look at, and a simple way to change what the agent says.
What we would measure.
