How an engagement runs
The same three phases as every Woodfrog engagement. Fixed scope, fixed price, NDA-friendly, and a pod of three people who stay on it.

Week 1, fixed-fee audit
Two calls and a written one-pager. Yours to keep whether or not you continue. If you already know the agent you want, this is a scoping call instead and we size the build.

Weeks 2 to 6, build
Something real in front of real users by week three. Median six weeks to the first production-grade artefact, eight weeks for a full agent build.

Week 7 onward, operate
Quarterly reviews and on-call governance. The people who built it pick up the phone.

Are you an official Claude partner?
We are an Anthropic Build Partner and a Registered member of the Claude Partner Network since its launch. Select is the tier the programme calls official partner status. It is earned on delivered work, and we do not claim it today.
Do you resell Claude or sit between us and Anthropic?
No. We build directly on Anthropic’s Claude models. There is no reseller layer and no wrapper product of ours that you become dependent on.
How fast can something be in production?
The median across our engagements is six weeks to the first production-grade artefact. A full agent build is eight weeks on a fixed scope and price, and if it has not made or saved real money in 90 days you do not pay for the build.
What does it cost?
Every engagement is fixed scope and fixed price. The Week 1 audit is a fixed fee, and the build is priced from what the audit finds, so there is a number before any build starts.
Where are you, and where do you deliver?
Pune, India, delivering across India, APAC and the US. Fifty-plus projects for twenty-plus clients since 2023, with three people on every engagement and no bench.
Can you work under NDA and inside our environment?
Yes. Engagements are NDA-friendly, and the StockJarvis build ran on structured outputs only, without exposing raw market data, which is the pattern we prefer.
