Our approach

What you put in comes back three times over, at least.

You pay for results, not for technology. We start from the money: what you put in, what comes back, and how you will see it.

The deal

First we agree what success looks like. When we finish, we check it against your own past numbers. You see the result, good or bad.

Most projects are judged on opinion. Someone says it went well, someone else says it did not, and nobody can prove either. We avoid that by deciding the test first, in writing, so the answer at the end is a number and not a debate.

The test is also simple. We do not ask you to trust our model or our maths. We compare what happened after the work with what was happening before it, using your own records.

Where the return comes from

There are four ways the money comes back to you.

Most projects touch two or three of these, not all four. Before we start, we tell you which ones apply to you, so you know where to look for the return.

  1. 1
Save moneyYou spend less. Fewer licences, fewer manual hours, less rework.
  2. 2
Earn moreYou make more. Better margins, customers who stay longer, a service you can charge more for.
  3. 3
Get time backYour team gets hours back. We count them at what those hours cost you.
  4. 4
Keep what you haveYou stop losing money. Fewer customers leave, fewer costly mistakes.

Time freed is counted in money on purpose. A saved hour only matters if it has a cost, so we price each hour at what it costs you today, then show what your team did with it instead.

Your own past is the yardstick.

That is why the first step looks backwards. The last 12 months of your real figures become the baseline, and it does not move. Nothing is adjusted later to make the result look better.

How it works

Six steps, in this order.

The order matters. The target is written down before any work starts, and the measuring at the end is done the same way as the baseline, on the same data. That is what makes the result believable.

  1. 1
Look at your pastWe use your last 12 months of real numbers.
  2. 2
Set the targetOne clear number, like hours saved or cost per order. Agreed before we start.
  3. 3
Add up the costOur fee, plus anything on your side. Nothing hidden.
  4. 4
Build and deliverThe work goes live, not into a slide deck.
  5. 5
    Measure againSame way, same data.
  6. 6
Show the resultWhat came back, compared with what you put in.
The returnwhat came back÷what you put in=3x or more

Put plainly: take what came back, divide it by what you put in. If the answer is 3 or more, the work did what we said it would. If it is not, you will see that too, and we will tell you why.

How we get there

Three tools, used where they fit. You pick the outcome. We use whichever gets you there.

Which tool we use depends on where your money is leaking or waiting. You do not need to understand them to benefit from them, and you do not need to buy all three.

  • AI takes over repeat work, so time and cost fall.
  • Analytics shows what each decision did, so you repeat what pays and stop what does not.
  • Data foundations put your numbers in one trusted place, so the first two keep working.

Where to start

Pick one thing that costs you time or money today. We will tell you what we would measure, what we aim to bring back, and how you would see it. Write to us and we will show you how the return would look for your business.
