We build AI agents and voice agents on Claude, governed data platforms and analytics for mid-market companies across India, APAC, the UK, Europe and the US. We work in pods of three people with no bench. The people who scope a project are the people who build it, and they stay on call after it ships. Engagements are fixed scope and fixed price, and the median time to the first production result is about six weeks, so you see your work live quickly instead of sitting on a long roadmap.
The roles we hire for cover data engineering, analytics and AI engineering, plus delivery. Across all of them we hire for craft and conviction, not résumé bullets: people who care about getting the data right, explaining the result plainly and measuring whether it worked. Our team is based in Pune, and some roles may allow other work modes, so check the work mode on each opening.
