Partnership announcement

Woodfrog joins the Claude Partner Network

Anthropic launched the Claude Partner Network this week. Woodfrog was admitted at launch as a Registered partner, one step short of official partner status, which the programme calls Select, with a clear path to earn it.

Where Registered sits on the ladder

Woodfrog was admitted at launch as a Registered partner, one step short of official partner status.

  1. Now

    Registered

In the network from the day it opened. Registered partners get Anthropic Academy access immediately, which is the part that matters most to a firm whose product is delivery.

  2. Next

    Select

Official partner status, and the tier we intend to reach. It is earned on delivered work rather than granted on application, which is why we are not claiming it today.

Registered is a real position in the network and it is not the same thing as Select. This page will state which one we hold until the day that changes.

The delivery record the next tier is earned on

Select is earned on delivered work rather than granted on application, so the work behind us is the starting point.

50Projects delivered
20Clients since 2023

50+ projects for 20+ clients since we were founded in Pune in 2023.

Each dot is one project on the left and one client on the right, counted at the stated floor of 50+ and 20+. Public customer stories with numbers attached are exactly what Select asks for, and they take a customer's consent.

The three numbers, and what each one asks of us

Tier progression is governed by three measures, and none of them can be bought.

  • Certified individuals on staff

People who have sat the programme's tracks and passed, not people listed on a capability slide. Academy access from day one is what makes this movable in the near term.

  • Customers running Claude in production

Production means people depending on it during a working day, with someone answerable when it misbehaves. That is a higher bar than a system that has been demonstrated.

  • Public customer stories with quantified business impact

A named customer, a number, and permission to publish both. This is the slowest of the three, because it depends on a client's consent rather than on our effort.

Pilots and proofs of concept do not count towards any of the three. The badge a firm carries is meant to tell a customer what it has actually built and delivered.

What happens next, and when

The path to Select has a fixed date attached to it, so the plan can be stated plainly.

  1. This month

The bench goes into Anthropic Academy

Academy access is open to every Registered partner from day one, so certification does not wait on a tier. Our team certifies across the programme's tracks.

  2. Over the coming months

    Engagements and stories lined up

We are lining up the production engagements and the public customer stories that round out the qualification for Select. Both need customers willing to be named.

  3. October 1, 2026

    Accelerated promotion window

Anthropic has set an accelerated promotion window for that date. We intend to be one of the firms that crosses to Select in it.

  4. After that

    We report what happened

We will share more as we progress. If we do not cross in that window, this page will say so rather than going quiet.

What this announcement does not mean

A partner badge is a narrow claim, and it is worth being exact about what it does not cover.

It is not Select, and we will not imply it is

Registered is one step short of official partner status. If you are comparing firms, read the tier rather than the logo, and ask any firm which one it actually holds.

It is not a reason to choose Claude for your problem

Plenty of work we are asked to do is better served by a query, a rule or the tool a client already owns. The Week 1 audit exists to say that out loud before anyone has spent build money.

It does not turn a pilot into delivery

The programme does not count pilots and proofs of concept, and neither do we when describing our own record. A system nobody depends on yet is not a production system.

It is not a security or compliance certification

A partner tier says nothing about a firm's security or compliance posture, and we make no certification claim on this page. If that gates your procurement, ask us before you shortlist.

What this programme counts, and what most programmes count

Most partner programmes in technology reward licences sold and headcount, and this one measures delivered outcomes instead.

  1. Licences soldCustomers running Claude in production
  2. Headcount on the benchCertified individuals on staff
  3. Pilots and proofs of conceptnothing on the other side
  4. nothing feeds thisPublic customer stories with quantified business impact
Left, what technology partner programmes usually reward. Right, the three numbers that govern tier progression here, identical for every firm regardless of size. Pilots and proofs of concept count towards none of them.

Questions worth answering

Questions this raises.

What is the difference between Registered and Select?

Registered is admission to the network. Select is official partner status, and it is earned against three measures: certified individuals on staff, customers running Claude in production, and public customer stories with quantified business impact. The same three numbers apply to every firm regardless of size, and pilots and proofs of concept do not count towards any of them.

How does this relate to being an Anthropic Build Partner?

Woodfrog is an Anthropic Build Partner and is now also in the Claude Partner Network as a Registered partner. The Network is the programme with published tiers and the three progression numbers described above. When we talk about our standing, we will name which of the two we mean.

What if you do not reach Select in the October 2026 window?

Then we remain Registered and say so. The accelerated promotion window that Anthropic has set for October 1, 2026 is our intention, not a guarantee, and two of the three measures depend on customers agreeing to be named. We would rather be checkable than optimistic.

Does any of this change what we buy from you?

No. The engagement shape is unchanged: a fixed-fee audit in week 1 with two calls and a one-pager, build in weeks 2 to 6, and operate from week 7 onward, run by a pod of three. Our median to a first production-grade artefact is six weeks and the partner tier does not move that.

Why should a partner tier matter to a customer at all?

Because of what it is measured on. When the numbers behind a tier are production customers, certified people and published outcomes, the badge tells you what a firm has delivered rather than what it has purchased. That is the reason we think this programme is worth taking seriously, and the reason we are not overstating our place in it yet.

Want to know whether Claude belongs in your stack at all

Start with the Week 1 audit: two calls, a fixed fee, and a one-pager you keep either way. It covers where a model would earn its place, and where a query or a tool you already own would do the job.
