Voltra Motors fleet health
Fictional Indian EV maker · telematics from every connected vehicle · 24 Sep – 23 Oct 2026
Battery state of health vs odometer
Each hexagon groups vehicles by distance driven and remaining battery capacity; brighter means more vehicles. The grey band is the expected degradation envelope from cell-supplier test data. Packs below it are flagged for diagnostics.
Real-world range vs temperature KM PER FULL CHARGE
Median range by ambient temperature, with the P10 to P90 spread. Range peaks in the low 20s °C; cold costs more than heat, but cabin AC load bites above 38 °C.
Charging load by hour
Energy delivered to the fleet by weekday and hour of day (MWh). Home AC charging peaks overnight; DC fast charging follows commute and highway patterns.
OTA rollout · firmware 4.2 STAGED
Share of eligible vehicles on each firmware version since rollout began. Stages widen at 1%, 10%, 50% and 100% after each health gate passes.
Diagnostic trouble codes TOP 10 · LAST 30 DAYS
Vehicles reporting each fault code (bars) and cumulative share (line). The first four codes account for most events; BMS cell imbalance is trending up on Volt X.
Warranty claims per 1,000 vehicles ROLLING 12 MONTHS
Claims by component against the reliability target (tick). Components above target are highlighted in amber.

Demonstration build. Voltra Motors and every figure are synthetic, modelled on connected-vehicle telemetry: CAN bus signals, BMS cell data, charger sessions and OTA logs at minute grain. Built by Woodfrog with a streaming lakehouse, battery-ageing models calibrated to cell-supplier curves, and fault-code analytics joined to warranty claims.
